Artwork from the “Golden fake” series, which explores the tension between appearance and truth - between what seems like value or success and what is in fact only their imitation.
“White mirror” does not offer what we usually expect from a reflection. It does not reflect directly. Instead of showing our own image, it reveals a space in which meaning appears only through interaction.
In any relationship, reflection is never neutral. What we see in another person triggers our own responses - and often says more about us than about them. In darkness, the artwork changes. The light surface begins to glow with its own light, as if what remains unseen during the day gradually emerges into view. It is an image that shows not what we see, but how we see.
